For what purposes does BUG Ltd. process your data?

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

-   When we receive your inquiry through one of our contact forms, we will use the contact details provided to contact you and provide the information or assistance you need.


-   When you contact us by phone, calls are recorded and stored temporarily, for security purposes and to improve the quality of our service. 

-  When you visit our website, our web servers temporarily record and store for security purposes the connection data of the device that connects to our website.  

-  When using the website of V BUG Ltd. you can register. Upon registration, you provide us with your personal data: three names, address, telephone, e-mail address. This data will be used for the purpose of fulfilling your service requests.

-   Some of the data you provide to us may be used to respond to requests for information from national regulators in connection with complaints or other proceedings brought before those authorities.

-   To comply with legal obligations.

 

How and why do we use your personal data?

We collect and process personal data only in compliance with the requirements of local and European legislation. We understand that the processing of your personal data is for a specific reason and cannot be done without restriction.

What personal information does BUG Ltd. collect and how does it use it?

  • Contact details (including postal and e-mail addresses, telephone numbers of you or a contact person specified by you);

  • Certain data related to your health condition, in case you provide us with your explicit consent;

We also collect information indirectly through the use of cookies, which are discussed below in this Notice.

BUG Ltd. has no clients and does not collect personal data for children under 18 years of age.

Your rights:

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights, which you can exercise at any time while storing or processing your personal data by submitting an application using your personal profile on the site (for registered users) or email info. vbug@gmail.com .

You have the right to:

  • Access to your personal data provided to BUG Ltd. and the right to request from BUG Ltd. correction and updating of your stored personal data;

  • Request information about whether we hold your personal data, and if so, what that data is and why we hold it;

  • Withdraw at any time your consent for the processing and storage of your personal data in cases where they are processed only on the basis of consent. Withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legality of your data so far.   • To submit a request for deletion of your personal data, which are stored and processed by V BUG OOD, in cases where there are no grounds for their processing.

  • To request a restriction on the storage and processing of your personal data from V BUG Ltd.

  • To object to the processing of personal data at any time and on grounds related to a specific situation.

  • Request the transfer of your personal data in electronic and structured form to you or another person.

If we are unable to fully process your request within the specified time (due to its complexity, the need for third-party assistance or the number of requests), we may extend this period and explain the reasons. Your personal data  provided during your registration on the website of V BUG Ltd., are stored and processed for the period of registration until you request deregistration and deletion of your account.


Your personal data provided in connection with the service of V BUG Ltd. used by you are stored for the period for which you can file complaints or other claims against us and we can exercise our right to protection.


Your personal data provided  through one of our contact forms, are stored for a period of 3 months for security and to facilitate subsequent communication with the user.
