FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA BY A PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT

I am aware that, as a data subject and in connection with my consent to the processing of personal data, I have the following rights:

B) I am aware that I have the right to request the correction of my personal data, which is inaccurate / out of date, and that I have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority in case of refusal by the controller to correct the data;
C) I am aware that I have the right to ask the controller to restrict the processing of my personal data:
- when the personal data are not accurate, in which case the restriction is for a period in which the controller can verify the accuracy of the personal data;
- when the processing of personal data is illegal, but I do not want them to be deleted, but only to limit their use;
- when the controller no longer needs personal data for the purposes of processing, but the data are necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of legal claims;
- when I have objected to the processing pending verification that the controller's legal grounds take precedence over my interests as a data subject.
D) I am aware that I have the right to request that your personal data be deleted without undue delay by the controller deleting personal data from all systems and records where it is stored, including notifying all third parties / processors to whom it belongs. provided the data);
